Stucco is almost done!

When you drive by Crocus Gardens this month, you will see a growing amount of completed stucco on Phase I, wrapping around the building like a holiday gift!
Drywall is being installed in the corridor ceilings with interior walls in our first-floor suites due to be started in the next few weeks. Additionally, all cabinetry for first floor suites is being put on order!

When our clients move in to Crocus Gardens, they will not be alone for long. The Clubhouse foundation is complete and the Phase II excavation is complete with perimeter piles currently being installed.
