Our landscapers are out adding some nice touches to the surroundings of the building, including some tree planting and stone work. We have curbs going in and parking spots being painted shortly. The patio glass has been installed from the second floor and up.

The elevator has been completed and we are only waiting on the inspections for it to be finalized. Your suites are all numbered, making locating your new home a bit easier!

There are sinks and taps being installed in the suites and appliances arriving this week. We have light fixtures being installed through out the building to add some shine and glow. Our painters are working on finishing up your suites and have completed the stairwells. We have the lobby areas are in the process of being prettied up with paint. There is carpeting being installed through out the main hallways.
